About the author

15 years as a hands-on neuromuscular therapy specialist. I wrote this book because I kept watching the same patients come back with the same pain, treated the same way, getting the same short-lived results. The 3-Step Pain Reset is what actually breaks that cycle — and you don’t need a clinic to do it.
