These are the same tools used in your guided session — nothing complicated or expensive required
During your session, we use the 3-Step Pain Reset™: Release → Heat → Move.
While many techniques can be done using your body and a wall, certain tools can improve your results, help you reach difficult areas, and make your progress more consistent between sessions.
1. Release Tools (Trigger Point Work) Target tight muscles directly to release and reduce pain at the source
- Tennis balls (great starting option)
- Lacrosse ball (firmer pressure)
- Massage ball set different sizes
- Hook/cane tools for hard-to-reach areas
These tools replace direct pressure normally done by a therapist’s hands and allow you to target specific areas safely, right at home!
2. Moist Heat (Recovery and Muscle Relaxation) Helps muscles relax and improves results after your Session
After releasing tight areas, applying moist heat helps increase blood flow and allows the muscle to fully relax.- Microwavable moist heat wraps for blood flow and soft muscle
- Neck and shoulder moist heat wraps
- Lower back moist heat pads
This step is important — it helps “lock in” the results of the release work.
3. Movement – Stretches: Prevents pain from coming right back after treatment
After release and heat, simple movement resets help prevent pain from returning.- Foam rollers For legs and IT band.

How These Are Used in Your Session
During your session, you will be guided step-by-step on how to use these tools properly.
You do not need everything to start. A simple tennis ball and a wall are enough for most people.
Before Your Session
- Find a quiet, private space
- Have access to a wall or floor
- Bring a tennis ball or similar tool
- Have a moist heat wrap ready if possible
This will help your session flow smoothly and get the best results.
